Budget laundry room makeover

Hey y’all!  I thought I would share a solution to a dilemma we had with our laundry space.  Some of you may have the same issue, no storage or cabinets above.  So I thought I would share this easy budget diy with you!  Here’s the before of the space:

The first thing I did was clear the clutter.  The easiest and budget friendly way to add storage is by installing open shelving.  I knew I wanted a rod as well to hang clothes on directly from the dryer.  Hey, anything to cut down on ironing right?!? We found an amazing deal on pre painted shelves, brackets, and the rod from Home Depot.

I turned a acrylic inexpensive drink dispenser into a liquid laundry dispenser.   I also went to Dollar tree and found the jar for the scent boosters and the glass soap dispenser turned fabric softener container!  Both $1 each. Plus, an inexpensive clear canister for our wood clothes pins.  The baskets are from Target dollar spot and the wall decor is from Hobby Lobby.
