    Kitchen with Build.com

…  Thank you Build.com for sponsoring this post.  The opinions expressed in this post are my own. I am so excited to tell the world that our kitchen renovation is complete!  I shared one side of our kitchen a few weeks ago on our Instagram page and here on our blog.  I got a lot of inquiries on our cabinets and where they are from.  I am proud to share the cabinets you see below are our existing cabinets.  We just simply reworked them to fit our design style.  When we first bought our home, the first project we tackled was painting our kitchen cabinets.  I called it phase 1…

Dining room chairs makeover with Spray paint

We have had our dining room chairs for like 6m now!  I’m so sorry I’m just getting around to sharing how I shopped for our chairs + how I made them new again!  A tip I share with my clients is to shop resale sites, thrift stores, Facebook marketplace FIRST!  We didn’t want to spend $100s of dollars on our dining chairs so I started searching Facebook marketplace!  I found a solid wood table with FIVE chairs for $40!  STEAL!  Now, they were not even close to what I had in mind but with that price, I thought, I’ll make this work ;).  Let me show you the chairs BEFORE…

    Commercial Office Space

I thought it would be fun to let you guys follow along on this commercial office space project so I am sharing a few of the idea boards with you. My client request only a few decor items for the entry space.  I am proposing a large logo sign above the secretary desk, a tufted settee, a small rustic bench for the coffee table, gold floor lamp, as well as some modern art.  The existing pieces are traditional pieces, but my vision is for the office to be an eclectic space.  Especially since it is a mortgage company.  I want clients to walk in and envision having some of the…

    Thanksgiving Tablescape “on a budget”

Hi beautiful friends!  I am so excited to share with you my Thanksgiving tablescape, AND its budget friendly!  I’ve teamed up with some of my favorite bloggers and they too have shared their tablescapes as well.  I’ve listed a direct link to each at the bottom of this post. My inspiration for this look was from my woodland spode china.  I wanted to bring the outside in by using different textures. Y’all, I didn’t buy a thing for this setting.  I used some faux fall pumpkins and pulled decor from other spaces to style our table.  Let’s talk about the wine glasses.  Guys, these are acrylic, and from Walmart!  I love…
